Experience
As Managing Consultant of our Business Intelligence practice, Gail has considerable experience managing solutions that engineer business processes, software technology, and business intelligence to optimize business performance. She devoted nearly a decade to working on Microsoft’s sales and marketing IT teams, where she supported enterprise CRM applications and marketing databases, leveraged the Microsoft BI stack, and implemented data quality initiatives. As a consultant, her most recent engagements include development of strategic sales growth models, workforce capacity planning, and web analytics solutions for tracking online marketing ROI. Previously Gail worked as an administrator in higher education and as a financial analyst in the banking industry. She also has professional documentation, training, and presentation experience for executives as well as end-users, and enjoys working in PowerPoint and Word as much as Excel. When not knee deep in data, she enjoys digging around in the garden and building awesome Lego creations with her son.
