Brian Paulen, Principal Brian co-founded Madrona Solutions Group in July of 2005. He has overall responsibility for the firm's growing business and for managing client and partner relationships. He has extensive project and program management experience, and is an expert in delivering strategic sales and marketing solutions on various platforms. Prior to founding Madrona Solutions Group, Brian was the Director of the CRM practice at Slalom Consulting. Earlier, Brian was a member of the CRM team at Equarius (now EMC), working primarily with clients in the Pacific Northwest. His career began at Accenture (formerly Andersen Consulting), working out of their New York office. Brian holds Bachelor of Arts degrees in Political Science and International Business from Lehigh University. |

Jeff Finken, Principal Jeff co-founded Madrona Solutions Group in July of 2005, and is currently responsible for overseeing Madrona’s Raleigh, NC office. He brings years of CRM and BI experience with a particular focus on working with Sales, Marketing, and IT leaders on strategic CRM implementations and to define Key Performance Indicators that drive improved organizational performance. Prior to joining Madrona, Jeff managed the SharePoint practice at Slalom Consulting. Earlier in his career, he led and delivered Business Intelligence and CRM projects while at Deloitte Consulting and Onyx Software. Jeff holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Drake University. |

Scott Kostojohn, Principal Scott joined Madrona Solutions Group in September of 2005 and is responsible for Madrona’s sales and marketing functions. He leverages his significant experience with various CRM platforms as a CRM Architect to support Madrona’s clients during complex implementations. Prior to joining Madrona, Scott worked for Microsoft in a variety of roles, including a product strategy role with the Microsoft CRM product development team. Before joining Microsoft, Scott was a CRM consultant at Equarius (now EMC) helping clients around the country implement CRM software solutions. Scott holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Cornell University. |

Mathew Johnson, Practice Director Mathew joined Madrona Solutions Group in 2007, and currently oversees its CRM practice. He brings a deep understanding of CRM fundamentals and their application in the marketplace, and works with the rest of the leadership team to ensure that Madrona can offer an exciting and challenging environment for its employees. Prior to joining Madrona, Mathew led and delivered business process improvement and CRM initiatives for Acetta, often using the Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Salesforce.com product platforms. Before Acetta, he was a senior consultant at Onyx Software, implementing sales, marketing, and customer service solutions. Mathew holds degrees in Business Administration (Information Systems) and Communications from the University of Washington. |

Rich Miller, Business Development Director Rich joined Madrona Solutions Group in 2012 and is responsible for our business development efforts. He ensures that Madrona’s solution strategies drive tangible value and are aligned with our client’s highest priority business needs. Prior to joining Madrona, Rich held multiple sales and marketing positions at Microsoft, founded Oakdale Group, a Chicago-based CRM consulting firm, and also held leadership roles in consulting firms Inforte, Arthur Andersen, and Ernest and Young. Rich earned his MBA from Indiana University, Bloomington, and his Bachelor of Arts degree from California State University, Long Beach. |
