Port of Long Beach, California Selects Madrona Solutions Group for Dynamics CRM Assessment
The Port of Long Beach, California is one of the world's busiest seaports, a leading gateway for trade between the United States and Asia. It supports over a million jobs nationally and generates billions of dollars in economic activity each year.
The Port has selected Madrona Solutions Group to help them evaluate Dynamics CRM as a solution to centralize customer and tenant information, streamline business processes, improve communication, and facilitate reporting. In addition, the project team will be evaluating two legacy Oracle applications for replacement by Dynamics CRM.
