Sound Transit Awards Contract for Dynamics CRM 2011 Implementation to Madrona Solutions Group
Sound Transit has selected Madrona Solutions Group as its consulting partner for the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 for 125 employees in its customer service and communications teams, to improve internal collaboration and productivity. The project will be delivered at Sound Transit's Seattle headquarters by Madrona Solutions' CRM Practice, and builds upon our prior CRM software selection and process analysis projects for Sound Transit.
