Seattle Architecture Firm Builds A New Business Development Platform With Microsoft Dynamics CRM
Overview
A leading global architecture, planning, and design firm recognized the need to better manage their client development activity across the organization, and turned to Madrona Solutions Group and Microsoft Dynamics CRM for the solution. A critical selection criteria was the ability to support their sophisticated client development and account planning processes, which include a careful analysis of client stakeholders, and planning of account-specific client development activities across a multi-person client team.
In a ten week initial project, Madrona Solutions Group facilitated application design sessions with a diverse group of firm representatives, configured the application to support the firm's business process and sales methodologies, migrated data from existing applications, developed custom management reports, and trained both users and administrators on the use of the application. The project was delivered on schedule and budget.
Future phase enhacements may include integration with the firm's SharePoint intranet and project management applications, as well as advanced business analytics and reporting.
